I founded Clyovo AI in Krasnodar in October 2024. Since then the studio has completed 120+ projects for 40+ clients, from mascots for SIBUR to a taxi app with 7,500+ orders a month. Before the studio, I spent four years as an employed product manager in LegalTech, EdTech and medical education; six years in product management in total. I lead the intro calls with clients, put together the scope of each project and write part of the code myself; the articles on the studio’s Russian-language blog are mine too.

What I do at the studio
Intro call. I go through the task and choose the format: a fixed-price package or a project from €15,000 with research. If the task fits a €1,200 package, I say so right away.
Project scope
I write the scope of work, the timeline and a fixed price: the client gets them within 24 hours once we understand the task. I am personally responsible for the estimate.
Product and code
I design the architecture of bots, agents and automations myself and write part of the code, in TypeScript and Python; design, production and development are done by the studio team.
Writing. Everything published on the studio’s Russian-language blog is written by me: numbers from our own projects, no retelling of other people’s cases.
Products I lead
Vezuchaya Troyka taxi apps. Two apps (driver and customer) for 580+ drivers and 7,500+ orders a month, a custom map on OpenStreetMap instead of a paid SDK, driver payouts in under 5 minutes (previously two days). Case study.
TechMarket heavy equipment aggregator
A B2B platform with 15,000+ users: a web scraper has collected 5,630+ listings from external leasing platforms, refreshes them every 30 minutes and merges duplicates; a Telegram bot sends subscribers new listings that match their filters. Web scraper, bot.
AI in production
Three products with language models inside: a marketing system that comes up with hypotheses on its own, checks them with A/B tests and switches off rules that do not perform; a report of 30+ pages generated in under a minute (Scenario Life case study); an AI assistant that qualifies B2B requests.
Before the studio
Six years in product management, four of them as an employed product manager before Clyovo. Bankrotstvo.ru is LegalTech, a product for people in debt; Sreda Obucheniya is EdTech, where I worked on revenue growth and lower customer acquisition cost; Medical Speaker is a marketplace for medical education, where I worked with both sides of the platform. That is where my habit of measuring comes from: before the start we record the “before” number, after launch the “after” number, and only then do we talk about the effect.
Teaching and expertise
I give lectures on AI to students of Kuban State Agrarian University (KubSAU) in Krasnodar and take part in the faculty’s digital transformation.
I write about AI, bots and automation for small businesses on the studio’s Russian-language blog. I am open to media requests for comment and to talks on AI avatars and videos without a shoot, Telegram bots, AI agents in small business and process automation.
