Users found it inconvenient to keep opening the app to check for new listings. The platform needed a tool that brings the right information to the user on its own, in the messenger they already use.

We built a Telegram bot as the platform’s communication hub.

What’s inside:

• Instant alerts: the bot sends a Telegram notification as soon as a listing that matches the user’s criteria appears

• Personal filters: each user sets their own search parameters

• Alert settings: turn notifications on and off and edit filters right in the chat

• User account in the bot: purchases, requests, favorites, history

• Support: feedback and help without leaving Telegram

• Mini App integration: the bot is the entry point to the full app
