The heavy equipment leasing market is spread across dozens of websites. Buyers spend hours monitoring them by hand, miss good listings and cannot react to price changes in time.

We built a system that automatically collects listings from leasing platforms.

What we delivered:

• Web scraper and aggregator: has collected 5,630+ listings from external leasing platforms (Europlan, GPB Auction and others) and refreshes them every 30 minutes

• Automatic cleanup: expired listings are removed, so only active ones remain

• AI matching: the system finds equipment that fits the user’s parameters on its own

• Price tracking: the “Watch the price” feature follows price changes on a listing automatically

• Smart notifications: the user sets a filter, the bot monitors 24/7 and sends an alert when a matching listing appears
