Task
Create an interactive attraction for the conference: every guest gets a personal AI avatar and a UGC-style feedback video on the spot, in 5 minutes.
Solution
During the event we created more than 100 personal avatars for guests, 5 minutes per avatar. We set up an express pipeline right at the venue: a photo of the guest → voice cloning in ElevenLabs (1 to 2 minutes) → AI avatar generation → a finished Reels or Shorts video with the guest’s feedback. We also put together a library of UGC-style content for further promotion.
