AI promoDance battle

The dance battle needed a fresh, emotional promo, with no footage recycled from last year, to get the audience excited before ticket sales opened. In a classic production, an animated video with fully developed characters, an original soundtrack and direction takes weeks. Here we had one week and a budget the size of one of our packages.

We made the battle’s promo video entirely with AI: no shoot, no animators, no recording studio, only AI models and direction.

Characters: we designed the battle’s four characters, each with their own personality, style and look, and took them from mood board to final models with generative AI. They are recognizable, full of energy and ready to be animated in any scene. A character for your brand can be built the same way: brand mascot.

Soundtrack: we wrote an original beat for this video, with the tempo, the drop and the accents matched to the storyboard. No licensing risks, no royalties, full control.

Script and direction: we wrote the scenes, synced the movement to the beat and built an emotional arc from a calm opening to the final battle, with every shot working to sell the event.

Animation: we generated the characters’ movement with AI video models, including lip sync, dance physics and transitions between scenes.

Editing and post-production: the final cut hits the beat, and the color grading follows the battle’s brand palette.

We delivered a teaser and the final video in versions for Reels, Stories and a horizontal pre-roll.
